Good, central location and helpful staff.
The wifi internet was available only in a specified location and only one old computer was provided. Wifi should be available in the room and more than one computer should be available if you do not have a netbook/iphone/ipad.

The staff was very helpful, kind and always available. The rooms were decent sized and breakfast was not bad. It is a very cute and quaint hotel. Walking distance from many historic sites and also very close to the subway. Very pleasant stay, for the price. Bang for your buck.

Request a kettle ahead of time to enjoy a hot drink in your room. It can be overlooked otherwise.

Very centrally located. Close to the station and also the hop in hop off tour buses. Staff were amazing, extremely helpful with great English. One night the man at the desk booked us dinner at a great little restaurant, they seemed happy to go that extra step. The room was small but clean. In Rome there is so much sight seeing to get done that you don't spend much time in your room anyway. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Location and courtesy of staff. Also breakfast was good. Free wifi.
No elevator. I couldn't stay again unless I was on the ground floor. Also, to have a bath tub you have to have a double room. Singles only have tiny showers.

The location close to Termini is practical. Free WIFI works fine, also in the rooms.

I was really happy and content to see how clean the hotel was! To be able to connect to the internet was also great. The staff did meet my wish regarding a room far from the breakfast room.
The rooms really need sound proofing! I would have liked whole grain bread at breakfast rather than white bread. The wifi kept disconnecting which was unpleasant.
